Если к «окну сверки» цель не достигнута, мы меняем только один компонент — время ритуала, скорость инфузии, плотность сессий. Такой микрошаг даёт чистый сигнал: понятно, что сработало, а что нет, и пациент не чувствует «экспериментов» над собой.
